Staying inside sewing when it is cold outside sounds like a good idea. Lovely orange blocks, and gorgeous orange lily!
ResponderExcluirStaying indoors and sewing during the cold is a wise choice. Those blocks are pretty and will make a happy quilt for a child. Happy stitching!
ResponderExcluirGlad you are enjoying some sewing time while it's too chilly and drizzly to be outside. I am looking forward to seeing the Love Quilts Brasil project.
ResponderExcluirLeopard Lilies....so pretty!
Happy you are able to stay in and sew. It is the perfect excuse to finish your lovely blocks!
ResponderExcluirWhat pretty blocks! Good time to stay inside and sew! Hope it gets warmer for you soon.
ResponderExcluirThat sounds like the perfect sewing weather, Ivani! Pretty orange blocks - glad you figured out what was needed to get those outside pieces to fit.
ResponderExcluirCan't wait to see how the nine patch blocks with sashing and corner stones comes together.
ResponderExcluirthat is too bad that you are on your beach vacation and it got too cold to enjoy it - I always forget you are in opposite seasons - you are late winter going to spring and we are late summer
ResponderExcluirThe good side to cold weather outside is that we can stay inside and sew. Your blocks are lovely. I love the good cause they are being made for!
ResponderExcluirI had to go look at Love Quilts Brazil. What a neat project to combine themed embroidered blocks with pieced blocks. I had to glance at some of the themes the children chose for their quilts.
ResponderExcluirWe have the winds here today but not the cold! There were tornadoes north of us a little while ago but they did not touch down, thank goodness!
A polar mass sounds very cold indeed! Stay warm, keep inside and do your stitching, that certainly seems the best idea.
ResponderExcluirVery pretty blocks for a wonderful quilt!!! Stay warm and keep on sewing!!!
ResponderExcluirVery pretty. Sounds like sewing weather, to me!
ResponderExcluirYou managed making some beautiful blocks on a cold day. I'd say you were super productive!
