Verde é a cor que Angela escolheu para as participantes do desafio RSC-21 usarem em Março.
Assim vamos lá renovar as nossas esperanças, mesmo enfrentando uma situação muito triste. Por aqui a Pandemia está fora de controle, hospitais lotados, muitos casos e muitas mortes diariamente, foi a pior semana desde o início. E as previsões para o mês são desoladoras.
Pra completar, temos poucas doses de vacinas disponíveis. Quase 2 meses após o início da vacinação e menos de 4% da população foi vacinada apenas 1,27% recebeu as 2 doses. Precisamos urgente de vacinas!
Ainda não há previsão de quando conseguirei ser imunizada...
Esta semana peguei as tiras estreitas, com menos de 1 ½ polegadas e fiz os blocos string com 6 ½ polegadas, usando os tons de verde que eu tinha em mãos.
Só na Quinta-Feira a noite é que vi o comunicado de Angela anunciando que deveríamos usar os verdes escuros, pois os verdes vibrantes e claros serão usados em outro mês no decorrer do ano. Agora já foi.

the vaccines are starting to ramp up here but still a long way to go. My husband and I were relieved to get our first shot this week and know the next will be 4 weeks but still there is a long way to go.
Some lovely string blocks you have made. I know you have a special plan for the layout, will have to wait and see.

Beautiful strings! There are soooo many fabrics in them. Sometimes I get lazy and put bigger strings in there, but yours are looking great.
I love how you're transitioning from one monthly color to the next in your string blocks, Ivani! I'm so sorry the pandemic continues to be so bad where you are - it's been a very scary time. I'm hoping for a vaccine for you and your loved ones before too much more time passes.
I'm sorry the vaccine rollout is not going smoothly where you are. My little area is starting to look a little better however the number of deaths that could have been prevented are very sad. Glad you have creative hobbies to keep you busy. Your strings look great with the different shades of green. Have a safe week.
I hope that your turn comes soon. Waiting and hoping to not get sick is so stressful. The green blocks look so lovely with your string collection. Such bright and happy colors!
The horrible pandemic is really wrecking havoc worldwide, and your country is really having a hard time. Hang on there, and hopefully the vaccines will soon be available soon.

I am so sorry the pandemic is at a horrible stage where you are. Right now, we have a temporary breather as our cases are quite low, but as soon as people relax their precautions, I imagine we’ll be right back in an awful place. My husband, a teacher, finally got her first shot, but it may be months yet before I qualify!
