Orange string blocks

Estamos perdendo nosso maior patrimônio, a natureza.

I love your string blocks! It's going to be a great quilt. I'm sorry you're having so much trouble. Everything in the world seems to be a mess right now. Here's hoping it's better soon. (If I could send some of our rain, I would!)

I love your orange string blocks, Ivani, and I'm glad you find sewing them to be a stress reliever! That works for me, too. There's a lot to worry about in our world these days.

oh no... just like here! pandemic, fires, lack of water, political issues. Your orange strips are happy though. I wrote last week, a story involving my granny piecing onto old telephone book paper.

No wonder you are so stressed, with so much craziness happening in your country. Stay calm, and take comfort in your stitching, and know that your fellow RSC girls are all sending you love and support in these turbulent times.

Awesome ORANGE blocks in spite of what's going on around you, Ivani! You made great use of some of your smallest fabric scraps. LOVE the spots, dots, and that sweet little flower!

Ugh! I had no idea that you were having fires too. The US has lots of fires burning right now and here, in the heart of the country, we have very hazy skies. Thankfully it is so high up in the sky that it does not bother our breathing here but out west is a different story. Your string blocks look wonderful!

Stitching is a great stress reliever. Still, it's hard to enjoy when there are so many other things not going well. Hope you get some much needed rain soon.
