Blocos Nine Patch Plus e outros

Dando continuidade aos blocos cor de rosa, durante a semana utilizei retalhos com 2 polegadas e fiz 33 blocos Nine Patch Plus são blocos pequenos, com tamanho final de 4,5 polegadas.

Eram tantos retalhos rosa que acabei fazendo mais do que o dobro dos blocos de Janeiro na cor azul, sei que para outras cores farei menos que a metade, já que os retalhos são em menor quantidade e variedade, e tudo bem em relação a isso, uma vez que pretendo usar somente o que tenho, sem comprar novos tecidos.



Acrescentei estes 3 blocos  de migalhas a coleção apresentada há duas semanas atrástotalizando 15 blocos  e mesmo assim não consegui zerar a quantidade dos pequenos retalhos cor de rosa com menos de 1,5".

Durante todo o mês, fiz como Leaders & Enders   estas 54 unidades de Indian Hatch,  seguindo o tutorial feito por Gretchen. 

Até dia 28 farei outros que ficarão para a contagem de Março. Provavelmente em Maio ou Junho iniciarei a montagem dos blocos 16 Patch.

Estes 13 blocos String com 8,5" foram feito para o Love Quilts Brasil mas ainda precisam receber bordas já que para o projeto usamos blocos com 12,5 polegadas (não terminado) equivalente a 31,5cm.

Agora é esperar Angela informar qual a cor a ser usada em Março.

There are lots of fun blocks at your house for pink month, Ivani! I love those plus blocks, and the crumb blocks, too. Looks like the Indian Hatchet blocks are working really well for leaders and enders, too!

Oh boy! I really like the Nine patch plus blocks! What a great quilt or two they will make when added to the other colors. Very pretty crumb blocks and string blocks too!

I love your pink blocks, the small Nine Patches are very pretty, and so are the string blocks. Pink is a brightand fun color!

You've got a great array of pink block projects going. What a fun quilt your Hatchet blocks will be but oh! so tiny!! I enjoyed the tutorial but I think I'd start with a 4-1/2" block. Have fun!
