Your mini hearts and blue blocks are really super!!! Sorry about the cold weather hitting.
Oh, I'm sorry for your garden!
Your design wall looks lovely with all those dark blue blocks.
The heart blocks are so cute! Those cold front are terrible whether they come from the arctic or antarctic! Sitting by the heater and stitching sounds like the right thing to do, happy stitching!
I like all your blocks. Do you normally not get any frost? I had read a news article on a place in Brazil that had snow that had not seen it in 62 years. I wasn't sure what area of Brazil you lived but I take it not anywhere near tropical!
Sounds like some really yucky weather has come your way - I'm sorry it has had such an effect on your garden plants, Ivani! Those little hearts in dark blue are my favorites!
We are having rain and heat, while you're getting the snow and cold. Extremes at both ends! I hope it gets better for you. Your blocks look great, and it's great that you've used up the scraps that you have. That"s the point, after all! Hope this week is warmer!
The weather really has been ridiculous all over hasn't it? Unbelievable heat in western Canada resulting in 500+ deaths because most people don't have AC since the nights cool off so nicely out there. Here in southern Ontario, Canada, we have had a fairly normal hot and humid summer, though quite a lot of rain, and some strangely cool (down to 11 and 12C!) nights. I love your blue work for July. I have a TON of dark blue but haven't used it in either of my two RSC projects because I have a set number of blocks this year!
Your Antarctic polar blast looks nasty and has done a lot of damage. You have done lots of dark blue sewing this week.
I'm so sorry about your weather. This has been such a weird year. Your design wall is lovely, with lots of great scrappy blocks. Stay warm!
I've never thought of "Brazil" and "snow" as two things that go together...
I love all your blocks - especially your hearts and strings!
Beautiful blocks, Ivani! I'm assuming that by now you have thawed out from the freeze. We've been enjoying the Olympics here too!
Lovely little hearts! Wow, snow in Brasil, I hope your garden didn't suffer too much with this new freeze wave.
Thanks for linking up 😊
