Tive uma Slow Week Stitching, mas, como dizem os ditados..." devagar e sempre", e " devagar se vai longe". Continuei recuperando bloquinhos bordados em ponto cruz, por voluntárias do projeto Love Quilts Brasil. Alguns deles, seria realmente muito mais fácil e rápido bordar um novo bloco com o mesmo gráfico. Desmanchar é chato e demorado, precisa ser feito com muito cuidado para não cortar nenhum fio da trama do tecido. Mas a minha proposta era recuperar os bloquinhos que haviam sido bordados com cores erradas. Então, algumas vezes foi preciso uma dose extra de paciência , respirar fundo e ir em frente. Está valendo a pena!
O bloquinho da Mônica que estava em andamento Domingo passado ficou pronto.
Aqui o Antes e o Depois:
Neste bloquinho a área branca dos olhos do Cebolinha foram bordadas com a linha da cor da pele.
Aqui o Cascão bebê parece que estava com hicterícia, com a pele toda amarelada.
E, agora com troca da cor da linha.
Outros 2 nomes de crianças foram bordados em blocos de assinatura:
o terceiro está em andamento, pretendo terminar hoje.

frogging and re-doing is never fun, especially when having to re-do someone else's work. Bravo to you for tackling the re-work.
I can imagine it does take a lot of patience to re-do that stitching, Ivani! Your new stitching definitely gives those little guys better coloring, though. Enjoy your stitching today!
Your patience is admirable and worthwhile. The characters are greatly improved and its’ been a worthwhile project.

Bravo! You did a good job saving the cross stitch blocks. That must have been hard work and time consuming!
Replacing some of the stitching on those blocks must take a lot of time, I imagine removing the incorrect colours must be done very carefully. You put a lot of love into the Quilt Brazil projects, and it shows. Well done, Ivani.
